March 10, 2022If you want to live in a place where the manager cares about its tenants look no Further. I have lived in these apartments for years and seen a few managers come and go. Just No
February 16, 2022We’ve been in contact with them for awhile on an apartment availability. Next thing we know, they’ve already sold it to someone else without any of our knowledge. We felt very unconsidered, disrespected, and unheard. Management was very slow and unresponsive constantly. Please don’t come here, management is terrible.Review from Apartments.com

It’s gone downhill fast!
January 9, 2022This complex is going downhill and I’d advise anyone looking here to reconsider. It use to be great then the last couple Property Managers have let it go down hill. Sidewalks are not shoveled, if someone in a wheel chair or ambulance crew needed to use a side walk they couldn’t. The maintenance guy makes residents feel uncomfortable. The hallways, entry way, elevators are always dirty. For this amount of money it sure is disappointing how it’s kept. Nicest apartment I've ever lived in
March 16, 2018Over the years, I've lived in many apartments in several states. This is by far the nicest (and the best value) place. My one bedroom has met my every need. Surprisingly large, this apartment has spoiled me! The kitchen is a great size with an island for prep work and storage. Everyone who has visited me here has mentioned the size of the bathroom...it's HUGE! Love the convenience of having the washer/dryer in the apartment, too. I have enjoyed the balcony so much. I have appreciated the ...underground parking - especially with the cold and snow outside! The manager, Alma, has been such a nice, professional, and helpful manager. Dan, the complex's Mr Fix-It, has also been a star. I will be leaving soon - moving to Seattle to be closer to my oldest son, but if I ever move back to Minnesota, I will aim to move back to this complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
