They now expect you to pay for water but is always shutting the water off. You’re not told why it’s off and no heads up is given on when it will be off. Also they do not provide a time on when it will be back on you’re expected to just wait and see.

Rent is way higher than the place is worth. The maintenance half does everything and takes forever to get things done. Attitude from the office manager and she will lie to your next place of living. I bought a house recently and when they called about my past places of residence, she told them they had to take down 50 bags of trash which was not true and they never called me to tell me about any issues with how I left the apartment. The building itself is falling apart and probably won't even be ...
standing in the next 10 years. I highly suggest going elsewhere to find a place to live this place is not worth it.

In general, I do not write a review but, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
If you have a broken bathroom door, they will say we are going to come tomorrow and fix it. Yes, they will come and try to fix it. However, during the fixing period prepare yourself USING BATHROOM DOORLESS for 1 week. Unacceptable! After they put a new door, again door does not going to close properly. Today is 36th day, still waiting to fix it...
If you leave a voice mail, again they do not call you back at all!
If you are a patient ...
and nice person, your personality may be gonna change here.
If you decided to move here, prepare yourself for these thing.

Terrible,not taken care of.Inside needs a lot of work.Owner does repairs as cheap as he can.All apartments are the same.The only reason I live here because this is all I can afford.
