Water runs red once a week, water ALWAYS smells foul, they'll move you from apartment to apartment without care. They'll accuse you of not paying rent with ZERO reason, they will not answer phone calls, maintenance does not show up if you need them. Overall I wish I never made miserable choice of living at this place. Don't let your loved ones live here because at this rate I'd almost rather be homeless. If your reading this sandy, DO A BETTER JOB AND TREAT YOUR TENANTS LIKE HUMANS

A lot of the residents treat this property as a dump, expect to find trash outside your door, outside your car door, the smell of trash, cigarettes and pot everywhere. Even if you're broke you can find a better place to live.

This apartment building is bad news. Cops are always here. Use of the pool is in our lease and part of our rent. Pool hasn't been open for two years. Our bathroom has flooded twice because they didn't snake the drain outside. They refuse to replace the carpet that was soaked with sewage. Window, walls and ceiling are incredibly thin. The complex has had , who knows how many, people that have overdosed from herion. Cars in the parking lot are broken into all the time. We live in a TINY one bedroom ...

and they just raised the rent to $845. NOT WORTH MORE THAN $600, WHICH IS What we were paying if you rent is late more than 3 days, the fee is $100. The owners are under investigation for fraud, ime. Cashing people's rent checks. We have only stayed here out of desperation. Moving soon. If you still want to move in, you can have this Partment, but don't expect them to put in New carpeting or paint the walls. I wouldn't have clicked any stars on this rating but I.couldn't post this review unless I did.
