We have lived here for 11 years and everything is good, maintance person on site and the manager is easy to get along with if you follow the rules in your lease.

I didn’t even get a chance to look at the place. My mind was made up 2 minutes after talking to the Landlord, she is a very rude person and I’d really hate having to put up with her arrogance and attitude.
Neglected safety for the tenants

The Landlord did not notify the tenants in the townhouse that caught on fire today she said it did not concern you. Safety is a very important thing and Northgate sadly doesn't put the safety of the tenants first. I do not recommend anyone to apply to Northgate.

Northgate apartments have awful air conditioning they say it's fine when really it's not. It shouldn't be at 80 degrees if it's fine. I sweat to death everyday in my home and they won't do anything about it.

I love these apartments. They are up to date. Doesn't have a dishwasher in all apartments/townhomes. I also love that I can take my laundry downstairs (onsite) and leave my laundry to wash and dry and don't need to be right there with it. Patty (management) is wonderful. She is always on top of everything. If something needs fixed she tries to fix it that day or next day. Love it. The only thing I wish would change is the parking. My complex shares a parking lot with town homes owned by ...
the same company and it seems that through the week late afternoon there are a lot of cars in the lot and not all of them belong to residents so you sometimes have to park in another lot owned by the same company but away from your apartment.
