Carrie, the property manager is so nice and very attentive to the needs of all the tenants. Any maintenance or upgrade needs are fulfilled in an impeccable time! I absolutely loved living here for the passed 5 years with my family!

If I didn’t have to relocate to a different city for work, I would’ve stayed! Very much enjoyed my time here and best apartments in Yuba City area!

September 3, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comRenter beware. While this is a small, usually quiet complex and nice neighbors, it appears the rules only apply to the renters. I have only been here a few months and have noticed that the landlady only abides by the rental agreement rules when it suits her. She allows family and friends to do what the other tenants aren't allowed to do. Things like back their trucks into parking spots, allow her daughter to ride her scooter and bike on walkways and has no problem with her and her friends sitting ...out by the pool (a public area) drinking alcohol and being so rowdy that my neighbor didn't feel comfortable taking her kids to the pool. All these are stated as not allowed in the rental agreement and the landlady has stopped other tenants from doing but apparently is ok for her. Other than that, I have found this a relatively nice complex.Read More
