About Northridge I
Northridge Place offers convenience and affordability with its three bedroom, one and half bath townhomes. The main level includes a large kitchen with appliances, space for in-unit washer and dryer hookups, an updated half bath and a spacious living area. The second level includes three bedrooms with ceiling fans and a full bathroom. A coat closet on the main level and linen closet on the second level offer extra storage. Patio is located off the kitchen. Pet friendly dogs and cats under 45lbs accepted with non-refundable deposit and monthly fee per animal (limit of 2 per unit). Tenant pays utilities, excluding trash. No application fees, we do run credit and background checks. Renters insurance is required. A security deposit is due within 24 hours of the application being approved to hold a unit. Property owner pays for trash. Tenant pays for electric, water and sewer and one-time inspection fee. Renters insurance is required.
