Balboa Pointe

I am a full time college student (CSUN) living with a roommate in order to make ends meet and I love coming home to my reserved parking spot. We both work full time and go to school. The apartment is in the perfect location for me. It's a couple miles from school and a couple miles from the 405. The manager is lovely but we do need new washing machines because the ones we have are out of order every week and there's a long wait time because there are so few machines. There is a pool and lounge ...

chairs but I have yet to use them because I am so busy. I'm mostly here to sleep and eat breakfast but I certainly enjoy every minute of free time I have in my apartment.
