Good value, pleasant experience
January 3, 2015This is a 50 year old building, with the usual dents and dings. However, it is well maintained and surprisingly clean. Pros: Reasonable rent Free heat Quiet tenants Near to grocery store Friendly maintenance man and he is quick to respond to concerns Cons: Street noise can be loud Small kitchen Overall, this apartment building is a good value and was a pleasant experience. I would still be living there if I did not have to move out of state.Review from Apartments.com
