Rat infestation, do not rent!
December 20, 2023The conditions of the apartments are horrible. The office staff appears unresponsive to repair requests and shows a lack of efficiency and professionalism (whoever says otherwise is lying). A persistent rat infestation in several buildings has been repeatedly reported to management, but the problem remains unaddressed and excuses are offered instead of solutions. I don't recommend renting here unless you love rats and want to deal with them 24/7.Review from Apartments.com

Our Apts. Are The Best!
August 14, 2015To Me My Apartments Are The Best .. The Girls Are Very Courteous , Efficient And Do Their Best To Help And Accommodate Each And All Our Problems And Try Their Best To Settle Everything Right Then And There .. We Are Close To Bus Stops , Groceries Stores , They Just Opened A New Family Dollar , Church And Schools Are Close As Well ,The Property Has Just Been Remodeled Or Better , It's Almost Finished Being Remodeled , They Looked Good Before , But Now They Look Even Better .. Maintenance Is Very ...Fast And Good At What They Do . They Are On Top Of Their Game And See That Our Apt. Equipment Are Up To Date And Working Properly .. Over All I'm Very Glad To Have Moved To These Apartments , My Children Needed Stability After We Moved Out Of Their Fathers Home And I Could Not Have Made A Better Choice ..
