September 10, 2025I have lived in Northwood going on 2 years. And I have had nothing but bad experiences. My dishwasher been broke every sense I moved in, I have a hole in the master bedroom shower for almost one year and I been told nothing but lies about the repairs. It’s been almost two months I requested a filter for the ac and haven’t received it yet. I don’t recommend Northwood to anyone.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2025This is my 3 month update. There have been a few issues here and there which is to be expected. I am thankful that maintenance is very attentive in solving any problems and the property is being maintained again. I say any business is only as good as its weakest link. The maintenance, trash and landscaping teams are doing a great job! The complex was pressure washed and it feels so much better coming and going from my home now. June 11, 2025My experience have been good so far. I love my apartment and the comfort it provides. It is very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Coming from a 4 bedroom house I didn’t want to feel boxed in. I’ve been here for almost 3 months and the only issue is trash. There seems to be more reliability on the pickup but the trash compactor issue needs to be resolved. I live close to it and since it have been broken the gnats in my apartment are so aggravating. Going we don’t end up with issues regarding rodents ...and such before the problem is fixed.Property Manager Responded
