The apartments are generally quiet given they are located alongside such a busy street. Manager is very helpful and courteous. The way went is going up you can't really beat the price.

I have been living here going on 2 years now. The manager is very friendly and takes any issues that come up seriously. Our apartment is spacious and is right next door to our daughters daycare. Highly recommend.

So even tho the office says it's open till 6 the past three days the manager hasn't been in the office and there's still 30 min left till 6. Manager is lazy and doesn't do her job, you can find better for cheaper.
