April 25, 2024I've been living here for years in a 2bedroom, I have 3kids and I was waiting for a 3 bedroom they said I was next Recently I was told if I don't have a medical condition and doctors note I'm not getting one anytime soon this made me upset because I've been lied to so many times and now this. Also the management always changing and the staff so u never get correct information. When u need maintenance u gotta wait and it depends how serious is your problem for them to come.Review from Apartments.com

Management is rude in the office & unprofessional, also it’s roach infested! They don’t bother to fix anything in your apartment! They wait until you move to fix anything!Review from Apartments.com
Northwood worst place
October 5, 2018Lived her for 4 years and they don't take care of the apartment. No hot water at times for days. Mice are a big problem and they do the min ( set traps ). I hate living here do not rent !!Review from Apartments.com
No hot water all the time
June 12, 2018We are now going on 5 days without hot water. The only time these people care is when they are due for inspection. Other than that these apartments are terrible. I definitely don't recommend renting from here.Review from Apartments.com

August 18, 2015I've lived here for over 12 years long everything has remain the same from when i first moved in no maintenance no paint job all the outlets are burning out which can cause a fire toilets clog up the water i shower with sometimes runs dirty all thing problems have been like this for yearsReview from Apartments.com
