Terrible Management

OVER PRICED, A/C is a LIE they do not have AC, and you cannot have WINDOW A/C must be the expensive take up room in your already small living room because of "aesthetic" reasons. Garage is NOT attached or secure so if one person leave the garage door open you have access to ALL the garages, so storing anything of personnel value is at your own risk not their (as stated in the lease) the Lawn care is hit or miss, the Management team is in CDA so they treat this property like its a bother. They ...
don't hold heat very well so expect a nice heating bill in the winter. it's a cute place and a great location, its just the management teams suck. Oh and don't expect anyone in the office, thats rare.

The management over here is terrible. They must only work from 8-11 because after lunch time it’s impossible to get ahold of them. They’re not helpful with anything. It’s like prying teeth. They wouldn’t even let me look at the townhome without all the money in hand and they only give you 2 days notice to have it.
