Infested with cockroaches they will come through the drains and into your showers. Property management is horrible. They are doing re piping in every single apartment and will be tearing down walls and making us move everything out of kitchen, bathrooms, and will be working inside for 2 weeks. They stated we have to live inside the apartment while they do construction and Will do nothing to work with renters to pro rate or Break lease regardless if you have small children or how dangerous this ...
is. They do not care about you and will not work with hardworking renters.

We've been living at Norwalk Terrace Apts. for almost 5 years, the apartment community is very clean and safe. Manager is very friendly and quick to attend to any problems that arise. Nice and cozy 2 bedrooms equipped with all the living essentials. A great place to call home.

4 years now. These Apts are very peaceful. the neighbors are friendly and respectful. the landscaping is very clean. I consider these apts a safe place to live.

Horrible horrible horrible , very bad management I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Manager is just a horrible person and does not get things fixed on time , and talks about other people's problems behind their back do not rent any units from this apartment complex you will be very disappointed.

Very quiet complex. Everyone has two parking, gated community, pool (great for kids and beginners), laundry on site, close to the freeway and shopping. Very quiet at night, only pay electric and gas.
