Great Apartment for the Price
August 9, 2015With rents escalating everywhere I was trying to find a place that was affordable . This apartment matches that criteria perfectly. I only pay for electricity, cable and internet. The apartment has adequate space for a single person. The air conditioning unit is brand new and keeps the living room cool. There is an overhead fan in the bedroom that keeps the bedroom cool. If you keep the windows open there is a nice cross breeze that keeps the whole unit cool. Both the complex and the ...neighborhood are very quiet. You get a single parking spot in a secured parking lot. Shower is a bit narrow, but serves it's purpose. There is no dishwasher, so if you hate washing dishes this may not be the place for you. There is a pool in the center of the complex that has a nice area to sun bathe. Laundry units on site. Both the washer and dryers work fine. Onsite manager is very pleasant and is on top of everything. Anything needs to get repaired, she addresses it immediately.
