May 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIn general I like my place, the unit is modern and kitchen layout is great. I have not used the amenities in the building, but plan too when the pool opens. The location to the lakefront and walking trails is awesome. My only complaint is the amount of cannabis smell, at times it floods my apartment through a chase in my closet. Along with the smell in the hall in the evenings. If there was a rule to not smoke in the building then why is this going on.

From all the properties that we have toured and amenities available are some of the best in the surrounding error. Also the upkeep and cleanliness throughout the property was very accommodating. Also welcome that the apartment helps the residents be involved with Milwaukee events while hosting monthly events for the residents to enjoy. I am looking forward to moving in to my new place.
