January 20, 2026I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall quality. The building is well-maintained, and common areas are kept clean and inviting. My unit itself is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and updated appliances that make day-to-day living comfortable. One of the biggest highlights has been the management team—they’re responsive, friendly, and quick to resolve any maintenance requests. It’s refreshing to ...deal with staff who actually care about residents’ needs. The community amenities, like the fitness center and outdoor spaces, are also a big plus and make the property feel more like a true home. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. January 9, 2026I can hear the neighbors talking through the walls and stomping from the ceiling. The kitchen pantry closet is styled as another coat closet without shelving despite there already being two very large ones in the entry way and large walk-in closets in the bedrooms. The plugs and overhead lighting connected to the same lightswitches make plugs unusable if I don’t want the lights on. The ridiculous part is that the lightswitch that controls the plugs for the primary bedroom isnt even in the actual ...bedroom but the hallway of the bedroom. The management team is very pushy when trying to get people to sign the lease. If I hadn't been in a hurry to find a home, I definitely would not sign a lease here. All-in-all, the price of the rent, the place is relatively subpar. They need to cut about $1000 from the total rent to make this apartment seem actually attractive.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great management and location
December 11, 2025The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby shops, dining, and transportation. Management is responsive and easy to work with, and the amenities are well maintained and convenient. Overall, it’s a well-run property in a great area. The only drawback is that the hallways can feel a bit lacking in privacy due to thin walls, which occasionally allows noise to travel. October 20, 2025I absolutely love living here! The community is so welcoming. I’ve met so many of my neighbors at the pool and everyone is so sweet. The staff are always super helpful, kind, and easy to reach, and maintenance is quick and reliable. The apartments themselves are also well kept. September 29, 2025All the facilities at nova are well taken care of and so clean, I always feel safe and love all the amenties as well. Great gym, pool, community room, and my apartment was in great conditions when I moved in. September 24, 2025I've been here for 2 years now! :) Management has been great! They ensure our comfort here by keeping us in the loop of any changes being made and how that can affect us. Between the hosting of events here and promoting city events, it's a fantastic place to call home. My only complaint is not having a physical key - you have to use your phone to unlock the doors. While I understand it's a "tech-forward move", it's not the safest option to have. There have been times when the app would take a ...while to load or even unlock the doors - that alone would cause anxiety as woman trying to come home late. I really hope they change the locks to use fobs at least.Property Manager Responded
