Poor
March 5, 2024My recent encounter at Novapoint Apartments left much to be desired, starting from the moment I stepped into their office. Despite being accompanied by my sister, we were blatantly ignored by the office staff, who seemed preoccupied with other clients. A simple acknowledgment or a brief "we'll be with you shortly" would have sufficed, but unfortunately, even that basic courtesy was absent. Upon finally being attended to, I was passed off to another staff member without any indication from the ...initial representative. This lack of communication was frustrating and made me feel undervalued as a potential tenant. The subsequent interaction with the second staff member only exacerbated my disappointment. Not only did she seem disinterested in assisting us, but her demeanor also exuded a sense of condescension. The repetition of information already provided by her colleague, coupled with a remark questioning my financial eligibility based on appearance, was unprofessional and off-putting. Her comment about income requirements being "2.5 times the rent" was delivered in a manner that implied skepticism about my ability to meet such criteria, solely based on outward appearance. Furthermore, the attire of the staff member in question, notably a crop top sweater that exposed her midriff, was highly inappropriate for a professional setting. It further detracted from the overall credibility and professionalism of the establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Nova Point Apartments was marred by poor customer service, lack of communication among staff members, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. As someone in search of a suitable living space, I expected better treatment and professionalism from the representatives of the complex. What an absolute mess
September 1, 2021NOPE! Pool condemned for algae growth and gate safety issues, by the city. During a heat wave next to the laundry room, essentially creating a swamp and West Nile breeding ground. (Of course pool in front is well maintained for show) Unaccommodating and rude staff, that is, if you can get a hold of anyone. Additionally, a lack of communication with residents, other than to threaten the community, tell them about a water shut off(happens at least 1 time a week in one phase or another) or to ...deny responsibility for anything. only care about money
May 19, 2021I was told it would be one price for the apartment based on my income. Had my appointment for application on Jan 30th 2021. They called me a few days later saying it would be well over the price I was originally given so I asked them to pull my application. I understood not getting the application fee of $40 back. I was told the $100 holding deposit would be mailed to me by check within a few weeks. It is now almost June and I still have not received my $100. I have emailed multiple times and ...called and left messages. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. They only want your money. They don't care about who you are.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management
August 23, 2020I went to apply and first of all I had to go in person due to online it wasn’t working. We were there on time and the leasing agent Olivia made us wait to help us kept getting interrupted by other people. I also asked her while filling out the application and if I would get my $100 deposit back for holding the apartment she told me yes. Took her a week to get back to me meanwhile o had to keep calling her to see what was taking so long. At the end she wanted me to pay two months rent. I told Ana ...another leasing agent if she can work with me because I really did want to move but I didn’t have that amount she told me the manager said that’s they way the application is can’t change anything. Poor management if they really wanted to rent they would of found away and they didn’t give me $100 dollars back. August 3, 2020Staff is rude and does not help with ANYTHING. I had gang writing on my car and they said the cameras arent for tenant pleasure. Then I come home from having a newborn & window is busted out and all of a sudden I have to call the police department? I dont understand why they are there? Leticia would not give me a temporary parking sticker as well after I had explained I turned my car in for a different one & they said I would have to pay 25$ for a new one.
