April 3, 2026Novo is the newest apartment to the Lithia Springs area and truly the best for my family and I. The Office Managers Ms. Keisha and Ms. Michelle made this process smooth and stress free. I was so impressed by their empathy to our situation and understanding to our needs. Our 2 bedroom is spacious and all the appliances are brand new. I recommend NOVO to all looking for fresh start and a clean environment. You can call the office for any questions or concerns they always answer the phone. No screened patio!
October 2, 2024This place was everything that I wanted until, I was told that I couldn't put screen on my patio. It is the South with plenty mosquitoes, bees, flies and I have 2 cats!Property Manager Responded

Great living!
May 11, 2024The space is very nice and spacious. Perfect for me and my daughter! I do wish that the rooms were a bit bigger but as I stated before everything else is very spacious. The trail and lounge are wonderful and the fitness center is very nice.Property Manager Responded
