April 28, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Or anyone of the properties I’ve been her since November last year when I first moved in no heat until January 2023 so me and my daughter couldn’t even stay in the apartment it was 30 degrees outside half of December, now my fridge is leaking been leaking since I moved in they have came and looked at it but nothing , no pole in closet to hang clothes , back slide door don’t open (fire hazard) … they keep saying the will fix it and they haven’t , very poor poor management as ...wellProperty Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE AT ALL!!!!
July 11, 2020This complex is a complete and utter joke. I dont usually do "reviews" but if i can save just one person from being suckered into this place it is worth it. Lived here for a year now, to start the unit we were getting was "accidentally" rented to someone else about a week before move in. On move in date apartment was still not ready even though they had already gotten first months rent from me. So finally about 5 days after my move in day i got to move in and just lost the 5 days worth of ...payment, but whatever. So upon moving in the air did not work and it only took them 5 months to fix it which i am pretty sure is illegal but oh well. The apartment was filthy upon move in not cleaned still items from the previous resident in cabinets, dead roaches everywhere, dirty old molded food in the dishwasher etc. The model is NOTHING like what the apartments look like, there are water stains everywhere on the walls and ceilings, floors uneven, and looks like it has been painted about 100 times over and over with dirt fused to the wall with paint. Do not move yourself into this hell hole of an apartment complex. I would rather stay in a 40 buck a night hotel!Property Manager Responded
