Best Apartment Complex I've Ever Lived At
December 1, 2025I've lived at NUVO Park Place for over 2 years, and I love it! Marilyn & Victoria are super responsive, always ready to answer any questions I have and ensure any maintenance requests are serviced ASAP. They are the best, and I appreciate everything they do to make NUVO a safe and comfortable home for my family. Recently, I told Marilyn my heat was acting a little funny, and before I left the office she'd already submitted the maintenance request. They're amazing!! Great Area, Quiet ambience!
January 28, 2021I moved from Los Angeles recently and I was looking for a place close to the night life without the noisy vibe living in the city usually brings. After talking with a few locals they directed me towards Nuvo. Which has a friendly atmosphere and cooperative management that make it easy to transition and are willing to help you while out of their way to accommodate you. Compared to other apartments I looked into, they are priced competitively. Avoid living here
December 29, 2020I lived here for a little over a year and moved out as fast as I could. The Nuvo Park Place apartments are infested with roaches and management took weeks to send Pest Control. There were roaches running around the parking lot at night and they would come out of the bathroom, a/c vent, kitchen etc. There were also baby roaches everywhere and I sent pictures with proof, but they told me there was no way roaches were entering my apartment even when I saw them myself and they admitted my place was ...clean. The walls and floors are so thin that you could even hear your neighbors talking on the phone. Gates were frequently broken and rarely fixed. This apartment is just a horrible place to live in and overpriced for what you get. Avoid living here at all costs.Property Manager Responded
