I've lived at NUVO Park Place for over 2 years, and I love it! Marilyn & Victoria are super responsive, always ready to answer any questions I have and ensure any maintenance requests are serviced ASAP. They are the best, and I appreciate everything they do to make NUVO a safe and comfortable home for my family. Recently, I told Marilyn my heat was acting a little funny, and before I left the office she'd already submitted the maintenance request. They're amazing!! Thanks, Marilyn and Victoria!!

I lived here for a little over a year and moved out as fast as I could. The Nuvo Park Place apartments are infested with roaches and management took weeks to send Pest Control. There were roaches running around the parking lot at night and they would come out of the bathroom, a/c vent, kitchen etc. There were also baby roaches everywhere and I sent pictures with proof, but they told me there was no way roaches were entering my apartment even when I saw them myself and they admitted my place was ...

clean. The walls and floors are so thin that you could even hear your neighbors talking on the phone. Gates were frequently broken and rarely fixed. This apartment is just a horrible place to live in and overpriced for what you get. Avoid living here at all costs.
