Great Customer Service and Apartment Quality!
October 15, 2025I love the leasing office here, they all have been very nice. Agents like Victor have helped me multiple times with my Amazon packages. Overall, their lobby and study areas are very neat and complete. I love the size of the apartment, it fits everyone perfectly. The size of the bathroom was definitely an upgrade for me. The only two things I don't like is the distance from campus + the rules they have on how to handle trash. Besides that, I would recommend NxNw to anyone honestly.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Amenities, Better Management
May 22, 2025I originally signed at NxNW due to the amenities they offered, and thought there couldn’t be anything better than the gym and pool. I was happily wrong as they recently added a putting green and NxNW now offers everything I could have wanted. The Community Manager, Kaila, clearly cares about the community, and it shows in the improvements that have been made. I would highly recommend NxNW.Property Manager Responded

Best in Tallahassee
December 16, 2022NxNW has spacious modern units with upgrades available. The gym is two stories, there is a full study center, resort style pool, and on-site marketplace. NxNW has the best units and amenities in Tallahassee and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be renewing!Review from Apartments.com
