Overall, their lobby and study areas are very neat and complete. I love the size of the apartment, it fits everyone perfectly. The size of the bathroom was definitely an upgrade for me. The only two things I don't like is the distance from campus + the rules they have on how to handle trash. Besides that, I would recommend NxNw to anyone honestly.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Amenities, Better Management
May 22, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI originally signed at NxNW due to the amenities they offered, and thought there couldn’t be anything better than the gym and pool. I was happily wrong as they recently added a putting green and NxNW now offers everything I could have wanted. The Community Manager, Kaila, clearly cares about the community, and it shows in the improvements that have been made. I would highly recommend NxNW.Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comNxNW has spacious modern units with upgrades available. The gym is two stories, there is a full study center, resort style pool, and on-site marketplace. NxNW has the best units and amenities in Tallahassee and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be renewing!
