April 30, 2026I enjoy the amenities at Olive DTLA. I wish that Olive DTLA works finally start using the outdoor movie theater. I've been here 10 months and there's never been a movie event. The community events are nice and, after a few requests, management provided vegan options at these catered events. I love the aesthetic of the units. I don't love all the fire alarm testing. It's very disruptive, as I work from home. I've never experienced so much testing. I do like having security on site. It makes me ...feel safe, as the neighborhood outside the building isn't very safe. Getting packages delivered isn't a smooth process. Many of my packages have been lost. Anytime I need help, team members are quick and eager to assist. The only minor issues I’ve had are with the noise level and occasional broken facilities, but nothing major.
