I've been here 10 months and there's never been a movie event. The community events are nice and, after a few requests, management provided vegan options at these catered events. I love the aesthetic of the units. I don't love all the fire alarm testing. It's very disruptive, as I work from home. I've never experienced so much testing. I do like having security on site. It makes me ...feel safe, as the neighborhood outside the building isn't very safe. Getting packages delivered isn't a smooth process. Many of my packages have been lost. New management is very friendly and personal.Read More

Security guards with more vigilance and maybe more security cameras in the garage. I think there should be an emergency alarm to notify the guard is there is an issue in the garage. There is no mobile service in the garage.

Anytime I need help, team members are quick and eager to assist. The only minor issues I’ve had are with the noise level and occasional broken facilities, but nothing major. Overall, I’ve had such a lovely experience living here and would recommend anyone moving to DTLA to live here.
