Lovely, affordable, close to the University
February 15, 2017The apartments are very nice, comfortable and very affordable. They are a short walk to the New Mexico State University. In addition to your own kitchen which contains a stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher, you can bar-b-que outside on the community's grill in the picnic area. Go swimming, play volleyball and enjoy where you live. All in all, this is a great place to live!Review from Apartments.com
Comfortable Living at Affordable Price
October 1, 2015OMNI-SQUARE is at a great location very close to the local university. The size of the rooms are adequate and 2 bedroom layout offer privacy for tenants and 2 bathrooms are just amazing. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven are very convenient to have. Additionally it seems OMNI-SQAURE has good relations with other businesses as they are familiar with them such as Internet and cable installations. The top floor view in evening is breathtaking and thanks to the balcony, we are able to view it and ...relax. Other conveniences we enjoy are the pool, close laundry facilities, and walking trails. Staff is nice and there to help when we need services such as swamp cool fixtures. Overall we enjoy the apartment and do not regret our one year lease agreement. Neighbors consist of small families and students with no disruptions. We highly recommend this apartment especially for students and those new to Las Cruces as application process is manageable and convient.
