November 13, 2025Great maint team We have a great maintenance team here as they work hard and you see them constantly doing something to make this place better that I give them credit for the man that came and did my last repairs was phenomenal. He figured out the problem with the toilet and fixed it right off the bat all the other issues that I had that he fixed he was on it I wasn’t expecting maintenance the same day I put a order in to have maintenance come so that was a great surprise and I would definitely ...say that this maintenance guy is a good asset for Oak Brook Apartments.Property Manager Responded
