Homeless people living out of their cars in our parking lot

Homeless people have been living in their cars in our parking lot. I’ve walked in to homeless people hanging out in our laundry room. I’ve had my car broken into multiple times. I’ve had to replace multiple doormats. I’ve had neighbors try to get into my apartment at 3 AM because they were so high they didn’t know where they lived. This place is dangerous. Management has done nothing about any of these events except tell me to call the police. No additional security, no onsite employees. No ...

Super close to public transportation, super close to cute lil' local Austin hangouts (Walking distance from two bars, like. Duh.), super chill, quiet neighbors. Super happy. It's an older place, so you get more than the occasional bug and a leaky roof every now and then, but bugs are people too. And who doesn't have an incontinence problem now and again?
