    IAC is the gold standard for property management companies in my opinion. I have nothing but positive things to say about their practices, their properties and their staff. Impeccable maintenance and upkeep, clean, safe and hundreds of competent, courteous and professional staff members. Oak Glen however is the excrotini to that rule. It’s dirty and has overflowing trash at every bin on a regular basis, the hallways and walkways are filthy, the stucco is filthy, parking is a problem, cars are ...
    broken into on a regular basis. it’s like you’re dealing with a completely different company. The staff members are inexperienced, unprofessional and behave like they are still in high school. They are, in a nut shell, a complete joke. IAC has hundreds of options, put Oak Glen dead last on the list of places to live. You can thank me later.

  • It gets loud at night

    Its suppose to be a quiet neighborhood, but at night you have all these families walking around talking very loud. You can hear everything! There are also lots of kids riding bikes and scooters where they shouldn't be so be cautious when driving in this community. Rent keeps going up every year so drastically so I don't know how much longer I will last here. They offered a 9 month and a 12 month lease renewal but the 12 month was actually $200 more per month than the 9 month lease. I don't ...

  • Home away from Home across the Globe

    A Lovely place to live and walk to work. It feels so close to home being with such friendly neighbours and staff. Lucky to be in this place with all amenities , the bonus cookie being serene walks to office and back. Unlike other apartments , though it has all the amenities , close to leading company campuses the rent charged is nominal.
