I applied for a 2 bedroom here because obviously I need a place. I asked many questions before I applied and was told the admin fee would be refunded to me the way I paid it (through my bank), I was given the run around as to why they denied me first it was my ID was expired but I told the lady I'd renew online now and show proof then it was because of my credit, I even sent the lady screenshots of my credit report which my credit isn't the best. Then she asked me who lived at the address I put ...
down in file, I DO! The house is being sold so I need a place asap. Called many times about the $200 admin fee being refunded to me and was given the runaround about that as well, saying corporate would mail it to me...I am moving in less than 4 days how can corporate make sure I get the money back? And I was told different before I applied...very bad customer service and they don't care, theft is what I see. Make sure you think twice before applying here because they don't care and will take your money that we work hard for.
