Planning to stay
August 5, 2021New managers this year. They took over a big mess from previous management company. They are super helpful and work hard to please everyone. Maintenance is definitely improved! Never have to ask twice. I don't find the walls too thin, all it takes are considerate neighbors.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here!!
July 9, 2020Please save yourself some time and don’t bother coming to this apartment. The management company CAF is horrible and I wouldn't recommend living in any property that is owned by them. The entire company seems to be run by people who can not get it together. I live in this property and wanted to simply transfer to a bigger unit and over the last two months and the 3-4 different management changes transferring has been the most difficult thing I have ever dealt with in my 10 years of apartment ...living. I had to go as far as to go to their corporate website and file a complaint twice to even get a response which lead to the district manager getting involved and she actually did not help sort out a single problem that I had, in fact, she made the process even more complicated by demanding another deposit from me for my cat. My cat which was listed in my application and current lease but yet none of the office staff or various property managers that they have had mentioned it. They forgot to add my kids names to the lease, they had the amount of rent that I was supposed to pay wrong, they added a charge for washer and dryer when I have my own, and the list just goes on and on of the problems that I have had. If I could find another apartment available now I would be moving there and getting as far away from these people as I possibly can. When I moved into this property it was owned by nice people and the staff actually cared about their residents. The previous company actually offered discounts, or specials provisions to get you to move in like a free parking space, etc. CAF is just a money hungry greedy corporation run by people who are no better. If you are looking at any of their properties I recommend you turn around and RUN the other way. I can all but guarantee that I will not be renewing my lease here and will never ever live in a property that is owned by this company. I know a few of the other residents here and they are all in agreement that they will be leaving this property due to the extremely poor management. This entire time no one has even bothered to offer a apology or any sort of discount/resolution for the ridiculous amount of stress and problems they have caused me. It is quite clear that the only thing CAF cares about is money. I use to recommend this property to everyone I know now I do the opposite and tell them DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!Property Manager Responded

Walls are super thin
August 27, 2019The walls are so thin if your neighbor drop a pen you can literally hear it. I stay on lower level I can hear the people upstairs walking. I also can hear when they flush my neighbor beside me flushes their toilet, as well as hear their washer and dryer through the night. I'm a person who needs quietness to sleep. November 28, 2017I currently live here and cannot wait till my lease is up in April. The staff is judgemental and condescending. I got an eviction notice on the 4th shoved through my door No phone call. No warning. Nothing. But here's the catch I paid my rent on the 28th. There is absolutely know where to park. I have to park outside the gate half the time! it's ridiculous. Seriously don't waste your money here.Review from Apartments.com
Oak Grove Apartments
August 4, 2015This apartment complex is such a safe and comfortable environment to live in. The school district (CyFair ISD) is phenomenal. I currently reside in Oak Grove and I do not plan on moving anytime soon. It is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly! The leasing office treats you with respect from the first minute you enter the community. The view is amazing, as well as the beautiful pool. And the 24 hour gym is so convenient!
