Amazing place to call home! Oak park is one of the most unique apartment complex’s around. With great amenities and beautiful grounds to walk along I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apt. maintenance team and office staff are awesome too!

Only thing that's great is maintenance

Office staff is very passive aggressive and the rent is high for this area. It's not even close to "market rate". Don't let the photos fool you. Most every one of the amenities has issues. My recommendation is not to walk away from here... RUN!!!

Very very unprofessional

If I can say absolutely anything that gets through to anyone, simply put; avoid this complex. Not only have we had issues since we moved in, the staff all around has shown that they do not care about what we put up with. The take money off our rent but they don’t fix the problems causing it. Several leaks in the ceiling, being told that there is asbestos in the walls and ceiling yet they allow us to have a hole in the ceiling. My girlfriend’s car was broken into and when we called to notify them, ...
they never even returned our call. Each and every time I call with these issues, I’m told the same thing; “I don’t know when we can fix it but I can call you as soon as I have an update.” I have never once got a call from any of them. I’ve spoke directly with their corporate office and they are no better. The renovations of this apartment are like a lemon car; they made it look nice but everything is messed up once you look closer. Messed up electrical sockets, very poor paint jobs, doors that don’t properly lock, windows not properly caulked allowing air in. Avoid oak parks.

I have been at oak park quite a few years now due to the fact it’s comfortable, safe & great pricing. Our new management team had outdone itself. Kory our manager seriously considers and listens to us as tenants, Clifton brings in some of the new tenants almost daily. They work as a team THANK GOD we needed this. Our maintenance teams ran by David work fast & hard every day, Eric, one of our maintenance men, he sometimes is doing a few jobs at a time and leaves for the day with every tenant ...
satisfied great maintenance team. We look forward to our pool every year, Number one amenity and the new amenities being built as I type are going to be pretty awesome who doesn’t like corn hole or a beautiful pergola with grills & maybe some chess or a nice bonfire at night with friends. Great neighborhood

I have lived in this place for a year now and i am planning on renewing my lease, it definitely has its ups and down last year we went without heat and this summer our air conditioning isnt working all that well . But its a great neighboord is great and very friendly neighbors.

older community but huge space inside. well kept and very quite. love the double patio and the seclusion from the street. all patios face the center of the complex and have a wonderful view of pool and fishing pond and fountains.

Have had some issues with maintnance its a peaceful place to live in though have had no problems with neighboors it looks rough on the outside but i assure you that it is kot a rough neighborhood.

Well this place has ups and downs , its very spacious I love that part. But they are kind of old and junky and maintenance needs some training we went all winter last year with out heat not to mention I was pregnant they had to fix our furnace 5 times and its still not even fixed .
