I've lived here almost 10yrs, this is home.
Lori is the sweetest,nicest person, the maintenance guys are super nice and I've never had issues with getting anything taken care in a timely manner. I'm so glad I chose Oak Place Apartments to be my home.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have never had any problems. The maintenance staff is Excellent. When I put in a ticket for anything they are there the same day or the very next day. It is a quiet complex which I really like.

Been living here four years, first few years was good but management was coming and going but we now have better management that is active and takes care of the tenants. The apartments are decent and it’s nice not having a really big complex.

This place has changed a lot over the last couple years with the new management that took over. I don't have any issues with the office responding to my concerns and honestly the current maintenance guys are fantastic. My work orders are fixed right away and even when I've had to call them out on the weekend they show up happy to help and get it fixed fast.
