Pleasure living in Oak Ridge at Pelham community
July 6, 2023Office staff is helpful and friendly. They go beyond what I expect almost every day! Maintenance is prompt, professional, and helpful with ideas of how to avoid problems in the future. Neighbors are friendly. Community is beautiful, and the apartments are delightful, including a fenced patio that (unlike other apartment complexes) we can actually use and enjoy. Nice, friendly and convenient

Once nice now going down the drain
August 11, 2021Oak Ridge is real pretty for the trees and location but most def on it's way to not being a place nice to live cause of the noise from some tenants and upgrades inside the apartments. Roaches running everywhere and rodents. Office and manager yes you to death but don't ever make sure rules are followed. The pool is nice but with people drinking alcohol from glass bottles and beer and kids screaming and cursing it's hard to enjoy it.Review from Apartments.com
I love my apartment!
August 28, 2020I moved into Oak Ridge in February 2020. I have never had a bad experience with the staff. They bend over backwards letting people know of delivered packages, and don’t mind printing documents for residents. Normally, maintenance issues are quickly responded to. I have heard that many residents have chosen to live here for years. As of now, I plan to do the same! Extremely happy here!Review from Apartments.com

July 25, 2015Beautiful grounds, beautiful buildings...relaxed and comfortable surroundings. Tucked away a bit, just enough for a bit of seclusion. But close to anything you need.
