April 15, 2025Honestly, too expensive for the size of the apartment. Especially since the surrounding area has gone down hill over the last 4 years. Yes, this is a nice apartment/apartment complex but the price per square footage is honestly ridiculous at the end of the day, especially in this economy. There just aren’t enough amenities/perks for what residents are paying.Property Manager Responded

March 21, 2025This is not a concern. I actually want to use this chance to express my thank to Fernanda Moreira e Silva who is at the Dallas head office. Her communication skills go above and beyond. - listens/reads thoroughly first, explains and answers all of my questions concerns, helps me to understand the apartment rules that I didn't get to fully understand before, follows up within 24 hours, and great manner as she interacts with possible stressful environment. I appreciate all the help she gave ...me in the month of February 2025 and she is one of the reasons why signed for a new lease. February 24, 2025Overall the units are well designed and hold up well. Covered parking is a big plus but my main issue is with mangement. They have constantly ignored simple requests from residents and there is constant turnover in the office that is simply not had elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
