May 29, 2025Oakbrook Townhomes are in the perfect location with close accessibility to shopping, restaurants and I65. The mgt team are outstanding and genuinely devoted to the residents. Samantha, Jessica, Craig and Scott are professional, caring, responsive and so much fun. They take such pride in ensuring all our needs are met and everything is in working order. Beautiful Property, Lovely Staff, and Pet Friendly
September 6, 2024These are modern homes with all the newer amenities. It does have stairs to all three levels. It feels like home. The fantastic ladies in the office are very friendly and supportive. Your pets are welcome here. They even have a pet spa for the do-it-yourself spas for your pets. If I hadn't had to move out of state, I would still be renting there. Such an upgrade!
September 5, 2024I am so happy I found Oakbrook! A townhome is just what I needed. The location is fantastic! It is so nice to come home and park inside the garage. Having no neighbors under or over is a huge upgrade! I never hear my neighbors! Lots of dogs and friendly neighbors! The two car garage is tight but 2 small suvs fit! The new maintenance guy Craig is really great! Management is working hard to make the community the best. I told them that I wanted medicine balls and yoga mats in the gym, they added ...them!Property Manager Responded

Renter beware
July 14, 2024Major issues with spiders & bugs, flooding from the slightest amounts of rain from awful construction and the flooring is absolutely horrible. It peels up. Nothing ever works or is cleaned; sprayed or maintained properly. The grass is not maintained at all and smells of urine and dog poop. When they cut all they do is mash the grass down and it’s never been treated for how many dogs are on site. Rude neighbors block the streets, leave there Great Dane and other dogs barking the patios all day or ...inside barking non stop. The tParking is horrible and college people abusing the pool and common areas.Property Manager Responded

We have been treating the grass with a product that helps eleviate concentrated urine from dogs. We are very fortunate to have 2 personal parking spaces at every home. Great Townhome, location & staff!
November 19, 2022Came across Oakbrook Townhomes online, moved from out of state and I wasn’t able to see the place prior to moving down, but the team there went above and beyond to make sure all went as planned. Coming from owning a home for several years to renting a townhouse was big change, but so far I love it here. The property is still under construction, but the manager made sure I knew what all was happening and when, etc. He’s a really nice guy as is the maintenance guy. It’s a little dusty and there’s ...some noise during the day, but overall the whole property is very clean and the staff is always around making things look as perfect as possible. I’ve had a few small issues in my unit, but the staff are very responsive and helpful wherever they can be. Their communication is really great and the level of service being offered by these guys is top notch. The staff does nice things for residents too… candy bags, etc. watched them spend a whole day putting up holiday decorations at the office, really makes them and the place stand out and feel more like home. If you’re looking for a new place definitely check out Oakbrook!Property Manager Responded

Not LUXURY living. Very poor construction. Not as advertised
August 1, 2022We found this property online and inquired. We ultimately commenced a short-term rental with an agreed upon move in date of 7/1/22 base upon how it was represented online and by the property manager. However, we soon learned that this so-called luxury townhome was anything but that. Prior to move in, we were told our building, which is adjacent to the pool, was complete. We were told the pool would be open at the beginning of July. We were also told that construction noise would be at a ...minimum. Just before we actually moved in on 07/12, we were told that the pool was not open due to a failed inspection. On or around 07/12 it was very hot and humid, and temperatures were over 100 degrees. Upon move in, it appeared that the pool itself was complete but the area around it (barbeque area, fire pit, landscape and fences (not painted) was not. We were provided a $100 visa gift card with an apology. We were also told by the mgr. that it should only be another week until the pool would be open and the bbqs would be available for use (barbeques are not allowed on the balconies here). Upon inspecting the inside of our townhouse, we discovered shoddy finish work. There were areas of the base trim and door trim that needed additional paint and there were unfilled nail holes and paint drips visible. We noticed that the sink faucet pictured in the ads was replaced with a different type. One of the bathrooms was missing a towel hook. The garage was missing a light bulb. One of the bathtub drains was clogged with construction debris. The kitchen sink was leaking due to a wrong hose clamp being used. The vinyl flooring throughout had visible warping. The BIGGEST concern with these townhomes is the HVAC systems. The a/c controllers are on the second and third floors. Whenever either of these zones is activated, the ground level blow cold. That floor is always frigid. The second floor would eventually cool to the set temperature. However, the third floor never gets to the temperature you set it for. During our first week here, although it was set at 65, it was 78 degrees. There are weeds all over the exterior areas. There are dead plants that need to be replaced. There is constant construction noise ie bricks being cut and nailing. We have spoke with other tenants who have had HVAC issues as well as other issues such as defective staircases, a broken microwave and water leaking from a ceiling fan.
