Amazing Place to Live!
September 19, 2025I've lived here on 2 separate occasions; I've currently been here almost 2 years under their new management and have been impressed with the changes that have been made. The maintenance is incredibly responsive to any issues that may arise and is very quick to address and resolve them. The Managment Is very involved in making sure the property is well maintained and a safe place to live. The grass is cut weekly like clockwork and extermination is done monthly to every unit, transparency is ...maintained by a notice of extermination days before it takes place, and they work with your schedule if you are on night shift etc. Ms. Rosie goes above and beyond for the tenants here and it is greatly appreciated!Property Manager Responded

AWESOME !
September 16, 2025Moving here was a breeze ! The property manager answered any and EVERY question ive had which was a lot ! Anytime I’ve needed the manager or maintenance they was one call away ! Very friendly, very helpful, and very well kept ! The neighbor is quiet and not far from wal mart and there’s a gas station right up the street . Rude management
November 28, 2022Rude, unfriendly and very unwelcoming. Answers the phone bluntly by “hello”. Has a very short attitude accompanied by even shorter answers when asking questions. Quiet Life
March 31, 2022My daughter and I moved in several months ago and the staff has been great. All bumps have been small and maintance was there usually within the same day. Ignore the bad reviews
March 29, 2022Everyone here has been nothing but helpful and nice. Maintenance is done in a timely fashion, and the property manager is very responsive.
