Where to begin? Let's start with the constant break ins. Vehicles in the lot, mailboxes, even the office was broken into and all the rent checks stolen. I have lived in two different units here and this applies to both. It's not just 1 unit I've had these problems in. There's asbestos in the walls and they said not to worry about it. Every time it rains the windows let in moisture and around the windows grows mold. They rebuilt the upper walkway on my building last year and it's already cracking ...
and crumbling apart. The laundry room has 12 washers and dryers. For over a year now only 3 or 4 have worked and they refuse to fix or replace them. When I moved into my new unit they said it was ready. Carpets hadn't been installed yet and it took them 2 more days to finish it even though I was scheduled to move from my old to my new unit at that time. During the summer my AC unit freezes and stops blowing cold air. Their "fix" was telling me to not run it so much. Then lets not forget the tree that was rotten and proven to be dead that crumbled at the base and fell onto my car. My car sat under the tree for over 8 hours before they got someone out to remove the tree. They refused to cover the over $5k in damages stating they couldn't have known it was dead even with the obvious visual signs and the fact that they had been removing other dead trees surrounding it. They sure fixed the slightly damaged car port the tree hit very quickly though. This place is a joke. Don't live here.
