February 16, 2025Attention to detail I have been living at Oaks at White Rock for three years. When I first moved in, the unit was not ready; it had old paint, worn flooring, and a broken fridge. Since the previous management has been replaced, I reached out to the new management to address my concerns. I have requested certain upgrades due to the poor quality I experienced under the previous management. The new management has made attempts to improve things, but I came home to find that the newly resurfaced ...tub has marks and scratches. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong in wanting quality service from Oaks at White Rock. All I want is for the tub resurfacing to be done correctly. Now, I can’t even take a shower until Monday when maintenance can inspect the scratches caused by the contractors.
