safe quiet beatiful apts. A secret garden great value
May 4, 2013I lived here and was 100% satified. I chose this complex because they are pet friendly.The grounds are always beautiful and the mantenance staff is great! Everyone loves there pets and there are pet stations and a dog park.My dog loves to stop at the office and get a doggie treat.The office staff is super great.This complex is so quiet and again love there pets.If you want a apt. complex thats safe,quiet,peaceful and love pets thats OAKS AT GAYTON !Review from Apartments.com
Loved these apartments
May 24, 2013I lived here for 2 years and loved it, the only reason I left was I got transferred. I would go back there if I go back to Richmond. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The maintenance staff was wonderful. The office staff was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. The owners are very involved with the day to day management. I just went by and they have recently replaced all the windows and repainted all the buildings. I saw the dog park where my dog Izzy loved to run. The tennis ...court and pool looks so good.
