Don’t bother looking into Oaks if Out of State
April 4, 2022Just called and spoke to a leasing consultant and was told there’s no online application and you can only apply by coming into their leasing office. Why this would even be a policy is mindboggling. Wouldn’t recommend looking into this place if you’re not from the area.Property Manager Responded

Don't bother calling!

April 16, 2021Wish i can give 0 stars. I spent 3 weeks trying to get in contact with them. They don’t answer ANY phone calls, after leaving messages they DONT call you back. They don’t respond to messages or emails. Don’t even waste your time. Least they could do is open their office. Such a disappointment.
