Stay away people!!!

The laundry area is nasty!! You can find anything in the laundry room, last week I found 2 teenagers smoking weed. Washers no working, with water inside for over weeks and smelling really bad. I can't take no more I will find another place.
Now I'm reading the other reviews here and I can notice is other terrible thinks about this condo. Waoooo!!!...

When it rains the driveways get flooded, there is a lot of family with children, but there is no park, basketball or a safe place for the kids to play, but instead of creating a safe area for the children to play they blocked drive way area in the middle of the complex to put a compactor, the washing machines are outside, and maintained by an outside contractor, so of course, they are not fixed, they are old, clothes come out smelling and very wrinkle, I have been here for a little after a year, ...
and I don't recommend this place. The Management don't care for this place.

WORST APARTMENT IN POMPANO

I don't know where to begins.
1- bedbug infestation
2- they charged us over $900 dollars for contain their own bedbug infestation
3- when left they send over $900 on our credit which destroyed our credit
4- My friend got knocked out by some robber in front of the gate of Oaks.
5- Smell of weed all day long from neighboring houses
6- Poor customer services, I 've seen her cursed out a tenant and keep her job.
7- Security officer repeatedly caught asleep and is still there.
8- They will charge you ...
for dumping furniture by the dumpster not that you can Put it in the dumpster unless you want a fine too. Where are we then supposed to dump broken furniture? They say figure it out.
9- been there 5 years never changed our carpets as stated in their policy.
10- We are no longer there but inherit his bedbugs that we've gotten from Oaks.
It sure is cheaper than most places, it's a trap to get you.

I am so happy about this place, is close to work, great restaurants and the beach. I love waking up in the morning smelling the ocean as I go to work on ocean blvd. I enjoy the people and the weather.
Prices need to be lower people need to live and be throwing help because of high rent

I haven't been here that long but so far this has been a wonderful experience for me. The staff are extremely nice and always willing to help and the neighbors are very polite. I love this place and I'm so happy I picked this place to live. I'm a very very happy tenant.
