DONT recommend!!!
December 13, 2021I’ve moved in about 3 months ago and can’t wait until my lease is up!! Don’t recommend this place unless you want to live with spiders and roaches. Place was not properly cleaned before I moved in. The dish washer started to flood my house with dirty & fish smelling water leaving me to clean it. My bath tub has MOLD all in it. For a “renovated” apartment they just slapped paint on the walls and slapped vinyl wood on the floor POORLY(wood pealing and coming up) Also i have to keep my ac on 65 for ...it to even feel cool inside. Shannon/the staff and maintenance is just rude. Overall can’t wait until my 1 year lease is up!!! 1/10 don’t recommend!!Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional
June 21, 2019The leasing office was very unprofessional and nonchalant throughout the whole process. I was told to place a “Hold” deposit of 500 to hold the apartment during the verification process . And said check would not be deposited until verification was completed.I wasn’t approved and now 2 weeks later I have yet to receive my deposit back. I called several times in question of my deposit, just to be given the run around. I wouldn’t do any transaction with this fraudulent property management group.Property Manager Responded
