April 23, 2019If your looking for a place to live where nothing gets fixed and when you complain you get attitude, then look no further. They conveniently lose your complaints and in return try to make up things to make you look like the bad renter so they don’t have to fix things even though you have years of great rental history with real property managements along with proof (pictures) of their transgressions and they have no leg to stand on except your fear of their retaliation. Plenty of nature around the ...area including cockroaches and black mold, are you into musical theater? Good news there loud music no matter the time of day. After a long day at work you can come home to enjoy the nice aroma of cat and dog pee from the old carpets that never gotten cleaned, are you an avid gun enthusiast? Great news for you. September 12, 2016drove to the complex to inquire about possibly living there. there were piles of trash everywhere in the complex grounds and street garbage dump piles of couches/tvs etc. around the block. the people that rent there looked like hoodlums straight outta jail. parts of the complex fence gate were broken and the landscaping/grounds inside looked like they haven't had a landscaper in years.
