Rent $575.mo is waaay below most other apt complexes for 1 bedroom. I spray periodically nontoxic stuff & have no bugs.
Been here a year, and never saw a single dog or duck poop, unlike last place I lived that charges twice the rent.
Never smelled any mold either. Bathroom window lets the shower moisture escape, instead of going into an AC vent like the more modern apts. Window AC is noisier than central air, but it keeps the mold away.
Solid wall construction is tough against storms, and ...
roofing and parking lot paving is done periodically. I'd like to see more done for the grass, and plant more bushes and small trees, and a social clubhouse would be nice, but overall, the good far outweighs that.
Also, no trouble or crime problems here. Clean & quiet.

Bad staff and bad apartment

I had lived here and I am on social security and the land lord knew that and every year the rent kept going up and it was to the point to were I was evicted because the land lord did not work with me when I told him in writing that as I get money I will pay it to you and soon after that he gave me 3 days to either come up with over $200-$300 knowingly that I am on social security and it was either I pay all my rent and no electric or pay my electric and be short on my rent also they don’t keep up ...
with the apartments and they don’t have pest control there reaches and spiders and ants and they tell you what you can and can not have on your back porch and the staff is rude and will not work with you. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS COMPLEX NOT WORTH IT THEY WILL SAY YOU WILL PAY THIS AMOUNT FOR THE FIRST YEAR OR FOR SO MANY MONTHS BUT BY THE TIME YOU KNOW IT YOU WILL BE PAYING MORE THEN WHAT THE APARTMENT IS REALLY WORTH. And you will be paying more then what you can afford
