About Oasis Apartments
Welcome to Oasis Apartments! Experience our Newly Renovated property that sits near the heart of Copperas Cove, TX. Our office staff is dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and exciting living experience! Come in and feel right at home at Oasis Apartments today! Thank you for inquiring about Oasis apartments. The application process has an application fee of $35 per adult PLUS an administration fee of $150. Once the application is approved , the non-refundable admin fee becomes due. For your application we will need proof of income which consist of 3 current and consecutive pay stubs. You will also need a valid government ID. These documents will need to be uploaded online when completing your application. We are considered a second chance property; we do look at your credit, but it is not the only deciding factor for approval. We do accept pets with the $300 pet deposit for the 1st pet and a $150 pet deposit for the second pet, they must be 25lbs or under, no aggressive breeds, and there is a limit of 2 pets maximum per apartment. There will also be a $25 pet rent per pet. I will happily answer any questions you may have, feel free to call or email at your convenience.

GREAT SERVICE
February 5, 2022I've been here 2 and a half years and would recommend it to anyone. I had a maintenance issue which was fixed very promptly and courteously, he kept me appraised of each step he was taking. He seemed very knowledgeable and proficient in his work. Jesus was awesome. July 16, 2020Initially, this far away from where I lived prior to this lease, made me a bit nervous. But after meeting the office staff, and getting settled in, I’ve never been more comfortable. Everything is been updated— I have the easiest time keeping things clean, especially the floors. Although it’s quaint, the bathroom in my apartment has grown on me, and the shower is all lined up with tile and VERY relaxing. The kitchen is simple, and easy to manage meals and food preparation in. Plenty of closet ...space, and overall the rent is a phenomenal deal; definitely a must-see if you’re a couple or living alone... neighbors are kind and respectful, and the office and maintenance team respond promptly to any requests, questions, or concerns. I’ve gotten used to it in only a matter of 2 months or so, and I’d recommend giving them a call.. great place to get on your feet, stay on your feet, and make somewhere a sweet little home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 4, 2019I have found Oasis a very nice place for someone on a fixed income, with all utilities included you can't beat the rent. The staff has been very helpful and have taken care of any problem in an efficient manner. The staff is very friendly and they are working hard to make these apartments nice. Super Cute Apartments!
November 18, 2019Stopped by to look at an apartment yesterday, I needed something with all bills paid because I am on a budget. Looks like they are fixing the place up. The lady Angela in the office was super friendly and told me they were under new management. The office looked clean and smelled really good too! Unfortunately there were no apartments to show due to the remodel but she did show me some pictures. They looked really cute and you can't beat the price with all bills paid. The application process was ...quick and easy! I got approved and I move in December. July 23, 2017This place is falling apart and the landlord is not ever reachable to fix anything. Lots of sex offenders and bugs. Apparently that 25 you spend on your app fee to get a background check goes in his pocket because sex offenders with aggravated assault charges live here.Review from Apartments.com
