Management changes / bugs
December 3, 2021The management changes very frequently. The last company has made a few positive changes like fixing the broken into mail boxes, filling the pot hole at the entrance that damaged cars, and making 1 of the 2 gates operable. Downside is there’s tons of bugs inside and out, not safe (panhandlers approaching cars), constant changes in policy due to management changes (5 in my 2 years)Review from Apartments.com

Bugs/bad management
October 8, 2019In the summer you have to deal with an infestation of millipedes that come out of every baseboard and crack. Imagine waking up and having to kill 50+ worms before work/after or one crawling on you or your kids face or having to warn people before the come over. I don't know the names of the people in the office because they change staff alot just like they change management and the name of these apartments which was 9690 and i forgot the other name before that Branch something. But with all the ...change nothing good is happening to these apartments. Always remember if the gate is broken when you look for apartments, that means they won't get to your apartment repairs for months or if at all. Ive been waiting months for work orders and every other week when i call because thats how long it takes them to answer the phone, they act like they don't know what i'm talking about and that they will put in another ticket. Pools look nice on the puctures but they don't clean them often and the "gym" equipment is always broke and no ventilation in the little room. Horrible experience thus far
July 12, 2019I am currently renting here and fairly new and my experience has been HORRIBLE. Unprofessionalism from the front office staff. We moved in here and our apartment was infested with cockroaches, were still struggling with a cockroach problem. The parking is a joke here, and you try to go get a reserved parking pass and you just get a ridiculous runaround. Our A/C went out and it took days, almost a week for it to get fixed. Bad Maintenance
June 7, 2019Don’t let them trick you with the name change. The apartments were previously Park 9690 and those reviews tell the truth about the complex. It is off Forest Lane but so far seems quiet. My biggest issue is maintenance and being lied to by every staff member in office. I toured my apartment a month before move in and noticed two cabinets missing. One in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. Also both bedrooms did not have the closet doors up. Carol the leasing agent I had been dealing with promised ...that both of those issues would be resolved prior to my move in. Fast forward a month later and I’ve packed up my car and things from my previous residence which is 45 mins away, only to find out both issues have not been resolved. Carol then assures me it will be fixed before end of business. I think this isn’t such a big deal and the place seems clean so I still move in. It took 5 days for them to put two different color cabinets up as well as put one in backwards! My closet doors are still not up & everytime I go to the office they tell me it will happen the next day and it doesn’t. & during my numerous office drop in’s I’ve heard other residences complaining about maintenance issues as well. Seems this complex is only concerned with getting people in, not actually keeping their tenants happy or fixing things that should’ve already been fixed!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
