So bad

I've lived here for 2 years, don't do it. It's so bad. They will lie about every and anything to get you to sign the lease. The gates don't work, they are never closed. Mail boxes get broken into all the time. There's a German roach infestation in most of the buildings. The playgrounds and dog parks are rundown and gross with broken gates. The pools are disgusting and green. The pictures on here are deceiving. The lighting in the apartments is no where near that good, the paint and appliances ...
aren't either. They gym is always closed. The a/c is always leaking or going out. The staff are rude. No one picks up the phone or returns calls or emails. If you can't go in person you can't talk to them. They have an AI assistant that they also don't check on. My move in was terrible, oven and dishwasher didn't work and my tub was messed up. They never fixed the tub, I bathed my child in a kiddie pool for months. I went to Walmart and got the things to fix it myself. Several calls to maintenance for this, still had to fix it myself. Not my pet friendly, not child friendly, not family friendly, don't do it. I'm leaving as soon as humanly possible. I only stayed because I thought things might improve after they painted and got a new management company. Nope. Leaving asap, don't come here.
