Cockroaches, termites, mold, and leaks galore!!!
September 5, 2016The manager told me they didn't have a pest problem, LIES! They have roaches everywhere, termites eating away the floor, mold under the sink they refuse remediate, and all my faucets leak! Maintenance has only made the leaks worse!! Oh! And the night maintenance guy used a BBQ lighter to check for a natural gas leak on my water heater!! He could have blown the whole place up. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Everything here is horrible and uninhabitable!! Worst decision of my life!!Review from Apartments.com
Terrible apartment complex!
February 27, 2016This apartment complex is extremely unprofessional! They do not care about your needs as well as their corporate. They do not have a maintenance working at this location so you have to figure out how to fix things on your own. Also, Cops are always at this location! Unsafe in all situations. Would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy!Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015I absolutely love my townhome. It has washer and dryer hook up, gym, playground, wood floor , pool and garage. Very quiet and respectful neighbors. Maitenence is at your services when needed. Manager is respectful, nice and friendly. You'll love Oasis Townhomes. Come on over ?.Reasonable monthly rent and for the pet lovers, they are accepted as well. Youll love it?Review from Apartments.com
