Nightmare
July 14, 2021You are even not allowed to come in their office. They talk through the glass door. Now you can go anythere even without mask. So I believe it's just rude and not tolerant. After you lease apartment at the Oasis you realise you have problems with cockroaches. Even if you keep clean your apartment you still have it, because the building is old, and it has cockroaches right between walls and in the attic. Pest control doesn't help you. The price is affordable, but they have a lot of additional ...fees. Also they will find so many reasons to keep your deposit. Bed Beg Move Out Scam
December 20, 2017If I could leave this place zero stars I would. Upon move out which I wasn’t present for they claim my apartment had bed bugs. From a K9 inspection company, which also is the same company which will do a so called extermination(action pest control) They will charge you hundreds of dollars and keep your deposit. I highly recommend anyone moving in to NOT. I would save your money and the headache that will arise from this apartment complex! Now as far as the office staff they are very rude, no care ...in the world for their residents. All they care about is Money! Bed Bug Infestation SCAM
February 13, 2016This community has bed bugs. They don't tell you that before you move in. Then they have you sign a contract saying your are responsible. July 24, 2015You get what you pay for with this apt complex. The maintenance is horrible and its very hard to get in touch with the office staff. This is not the best side of town but at least there is always security/police around. The apt itself is alright, not up to date or anything but it's also not worn down. I've lived here for almost a year and glad to say my lease is almost over! If you are picky with where you want to live i wouldn't consider this place.Review from Apartments.com

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE IN
November 18, 2013First off, the previous person who wrote a review is right. These apts lack space. They don't even have a dining room. The apts don't even look as nice as they do in these pictures. the lighting is very dim and depressing. The exterior should be painted with some different color because wow this complex looks dirty and depressive. The place is infested with roaches. We have had exterminators come to our home and yet roaches fly around the apt and the parking lot. They don't even clean the parking ...lot either nor the hallways and stairs. The stairs look like they are about to colapse. Now management there is just ridiculous! The whole summer I couldn't go into the pool b/c I didn't have a pass. The only reason I couldn't get a pass was b/c the lease was not under my name.
