I regret moving here. DO NOT move into unit 409 building 2
February 18, 2026I moved in January and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The property may look nice and maintenance may be responsive but management and the leasing company are horrendous. Residents are charged for amenities that are constantly unavailable; the package lockers have been broken and unusable since before I moved in, the guest suite is rented long-term to businesses, and one of only two small quiet work rooms for hundreds of residents has been taken over as a leasing office. DO NOT rent unit ...409 in Building 2 (the main building). The HVAC units on the roof directly above the apartment are extremely loud 24/7 — loud enough that you can’t sleep, work, or even think. The noise causes the walls and light fixtures to vibrate. And I am not the only person experiencing this! Management knew this was an issue before I moved in because at least two prior tenants had already complained. HVAC technicians confirmed nothing would be fixed, so I was transferred to another unit — yet they are still listing this one for rent. For context, the noise regularly averages in the 70 decibel range and peaks in the 90s. The city nighttime limit is 55 dB, but due to a business loophole they are not technically in violation. This company clearly prioritizes occupancy over tenant well-being. March 14, 2024We sold our home and moved to the Oasis at Riverlights 3 years ago this June. The Oasis Apartments and the Riverlights Master Community (RL) give you a unique relaxed coastal vibe, yet the Oasis at RL is super convenient to the entire Greater Wilmington Area - from downtown Wilmington to several coastal beach towns, restaurants, shopping, regional hospital and airport. I found my place at Riverlights
March 11, 2024I have been one of the first residents. Yes there has been growing pains but the new management has really turned it around. Oasis is a safe community with great people. I have a large dog and the poop bins are frequent and always have bags and treats for them. As a single parent I feel comfortable with my kids home alone (yes they are old enough) knowing that management and neighbors always look out for them with positive affirmations.Property Manager Responded

Loving my new home!
March 12, 2024I'm coming up on a year here at Oasis at Riverlights. Though the staff has changed since I first moved in, everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly during my stay. I would bring my elderly father to visit and he loved meeting the other residents and attending the numerous social events offered by the property. This is a pet friendly community, convenient to grocery shopping, walking trails and great restaurants. March 5, 2024My boyfriend and I just recently moved to the Wilmington area, and love our apartment at Oasis at Riverlights! It is surrounded by beautiful views and great walking paths for both you and your pets! The staff is always so friendly, making us feel right at home. Oasis has been great
November 15, 2023This complex is very pretty and in a good area, convenient to get around Wilmington as well. The people are nice and the amenities are great. We love the fire Pitt area. My only critique is the dog park is not good, but there’s a huge gravel path around a scenic pound that’s great for walks!Property Manager Responded

Great so far
July 11, 2023I've been here a month and it's great! If I had one complaint it's the parking, but that comes with any apartment complex this big, and that they charge a monthly fee for a parking pass which I've not experienced at a complex outside of NY or DC in high rise apartment buildings in the city center.Property Manager Responded
