Superior Staff, Corporate Slackness

My husband and I are still as impressed by Oasis at Riverlights as when we first moved in. Carly and Jonathan in the office go above and beyond to help in any way they can. The same goes for Kyle and the maintenance team. The grounds, clubhouse and pool are well maintained and clean.
There are a couple of problems, however. One is that the dog park has not been maintained. There is more dirt and weeds than mulch, and one piece of pet equipment has been broken since May.

large apartment complex and there are only three permanent staff members in the office. It's obvious how hard they work, fulfilling duties that should be spread out over several people.
We're thrilled with the well-appointed fitness center and clean, spacious clubhouse. The landscaping is lovely. But the dog park amenity needs some work. We plan to be here indefinitely, and have been impressed with the cooperativeness and professionalism shown by the apartment staff.
