July 2, 2024The maintenance request was arranged one day prior to the scheduled maintenance, but I didn't receive a response. I contacted the front office, and they advised me to leave a message on the emergency line. This led to the maintenance team visiting our place. Although we were not present when the team arrived, they left a note informing us that they were out of freon until Monday. They provided a temporary window unit to assist us over the weekend.
