Unable to Security Deposit
March 9, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comUnable getting my security deposit back even after 3 months of leaving the apartment. James and Maria becomes unresponsive after making several exchanges of email without returning my security deposit. To all future residents, there are cases that you might have to take legal action to retrieve your security deposit. Spare yourself the time.
Dont do the studio!
December 14, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis building has great amenities and the staff are quite friendly and ready to help. However, do not get a studio! The walls are very thin. It's like your neighbor is your roommate. You hear everything! Consider that not everyone has the same work schedule as you. You may be asleep and your roommate I mean neighbor comes in at 3 am. Now you are up if that person is not considerate. It's really bad.
