Disappointing
July 19, 2023Love the location and what we thought would be relaxing. New management has let the place go....pool never opened and sat with green sludge since memorial day, tenant problems not being addressed, upkeep poop, garage has become storage of junk and un registered/un working cars, no longer receive updates or notice of what is being done...i.e. our floor had been ripped apart without notice and now sits for 4 weeks if no activity. It is embarrassing for visitors and family. We would not renew ...our lease had we known this would go downhill in a matter or months. So sad.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 31, 2015I have lived at this address for almost 10 years and am very happy here. Includes a pool and ocean front beach. The property is managed extremely well, any maintenance is done immediately .Convenient to all the great restaurants and shows including events in Atlantic City.
